Initial Comments:
An offsite follow-up survey completed on June 21, 2022 found that Hands on Nursing, had corrected the deficiency cited under PA Code, Title 28, Health and Safety, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart H, Chapter 611, Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiency was cited as a result of an onsite re-licensure survey completed on May 5, 2022.
